Description:
Oracle EBS
R12 and Oracle HRMS. They have employee self-service implemented. Now looking
to add Manager Self-service (MSS). Need a functional analyst who can help them
through process, discuss best practices, help create personnel action
workflows. Our consultant will be creating functional workflows from scratch.
Existing workflows are outdated and non-compliant.
The client
wants someone to make recommendations so they can streamline workflows and not
end up with a highly customized environment.
May want
to look at a hierarchy workflow design in which only two levels of supervisors
can approve action forms then route. They also don't want to complicate
workflows and routing.
Dealing
with terminations, new hires and salary increases.
